Sun - Sandwiches, Chips

Mon -  3 Packet Pot Roast 
   
Tues - Chicken spaghetti

Wed - Crunchy beef  tacos

Thurs - Spaghetti

Fri - RCYC - pick up dinner

Sat - TBD

  1. I used to be the same way with exercising. I felt like there was no point in watching what I was eating unless I was dieting. I know that exercising is important for your health, but I'm positive that I can lose weight by just focusing on my diet more!! Good luck losing the rest of your baby weight!!
